Why upgrade from 125A to 150A or 200A?
Cincinnati homes built before the 1990s were designed for a fraction of today's power demand. Today, the average family runs central AC, a 240V dryer, microwave, dishwasher, multiple TVs and increasingly an electric vehicle. Adding all of that to a 100A or 125A panel causes constant overload, tripping breakers, flickering lights and an elevated fire risk.

Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Pushmatic panels and old fuse boxes are a real fire hazard. More and more Ohio insurers are requiring their replacement.
Your home demands more power
Central AC, electric dryer, oven, hot tub, Tesla charger and induction range simply don't fit on a 100A or 125A service. You need at least 200A to live comfortably.

The National Electrical Code requires modern AFCI/GFCI protection, separated neutrals and grounds, and a panel properly labeled and sized to the home's actual service.
